The parts of Europe I have visited.

Ouside of Europe, I've only been to the USA, Madeira, and the Asian parts of Turkey.

My maps...

are here: http://nea.pp.se/countries.html. Though it's really silly to claim I've been to Siberia when in reality I've only visited St Petersburg... My Great Britain looks rather bare-arsed, and I haven't been to Italy. Hmph.

The closest to Europe I've gotten is flying over Canadian airspace on the way to/from Alaska.

The closest I have got to Alaska is flying over Canadian airspace en route to California. Coincidence? Methinks not!

I think you mean Kaliningrad rather than Serbia, that little bit of old East Prussia the Soviets grabbed after WWII. Really, unless one counts the change of planes in England, I've only been to St. Petersberg and Pskov in Russia myself.

No, I meant Siberia ;-) But yes, it is silly to claim I've been in Kaliningrad, too.

And I do want to go on the Trans-Siberian Railway, which will take care of the silliness.

Oh bother, I mean the American Libraries Association. All of us librarians always call it ALA, so I never need to remember the full name.
