Satellites controlling car brakes?

Minister for Transport Martin Cullen is holding talks with officials from the Swedish government today to get tips on road safety.

A report published this week listed Sweden as one of the best countries in Europe at enforcing road safety.

The country is developing a satellite positioning system to check speeds and control a car's brakes if it goes over the limit.

Would be even better to implement it in the cars of those who don't want it! Driving fast is not a human right -- fun, yes, but not necessary.
